In light of the current situation, we would like to reassure you that at Thomson Tyndall we very much intend to continue with business as usual as far as possible. We are all now working from home and thanks to the wonders of modern technology, the ‘office’ continues to function largely as usual!
If you are planning to send anything to us by post please be aware that we expect some delays and interruption of normal service during this time. We encourage you to use email and phone to contact us wherever possible and to avoid sending in application or other forms and cheques by post without discussing this with us first – this is particularly important in the run up to the end of the tax year where it may be more prudent to send applications etc directly to the provider to save time.
Markets continue to be volatile and unpredictable as they try to understand the economic impact of this crisis. Our longstanding advice in such circumstances is to be patient and think long-term; however if you are particularly worried or have any concerns relating to the tax-year end, please do contact us.
